There is no longer a need to compromise your grip because of equipment or have to relocate your hands because of limited rail space.  Achieving this by elevating accessories like the light or laser off the Picatinny and closer to the red dot optic. This alleviates obscuration and brings the weight to the center of the platform over the magazine well. 

Although specifically designed for the Aimpoint Micro Red Dot Sight T1 and T2 models, the mount is also compatible with other optic brands (i.e. Sig Sauer®, Holosun®, Primary Arms®, and Vortex Optics®) that have the same 4-Hole footprint as the Aimpoint T1/T2/Comp M5.

The HYDRA is constructed from 6061 - T6  Aluminum, weighs 5.7oz
