Payment Terms:
- Payment methods: T/T, Western Union or PayPal.
- For orders below USD 1,000, PayPal is acceptable.

Leading Time:
- Normally 3–5 working days after receiving full payment.

Shipping Methods:
- We usually ship via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS, HK Post or Air Mail. For shipments over 2 CBM, we recommend sea freight.
- Delivery time: normally 3–8 business days to most countries; longer delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections or special circumstances.
- We provide worldwide shipping service.
Transportation Compensation Policy
If you receive the package with damaged carton, wet appearance or missing items, please take photos immediately upon receipt:

Without clear photos of the outer carton (with shipping label), we will not be able to file a claim with UPS/DHL/FedEx or other couriers and cannot provide compensation.

Once the courier confirms the damage/loss during transit, we will arrange re-delivery or compensation accordingly.

Warranty Policy:
Detailed Rules of Repairs:
1. We provide 1 year or 2 years warranty for all our products. The beginning date of warranty is from the purchased day.
2. During the normal warranty period, any problems of hardware caused by the products themselves, our company will repair for free.
3. Under normal circumstances, any quality problems caused by hardware, our company is to provide repair services free of charge.
4. Within warranty period the following situations will implement the paid service: 1) Because of wrong installation, operation, or breakdown or damage (including surpasses working load) caused by operate under the working conditions which is not stipulated. 2) The injury is caused by demolition, repair and modification without the permission of our company. 3) Injury caused by natural and man-made force majeure or other force majeure after the purchase. 4) The product label is destroyed or the production date is modified. 5) For the reason of the wrong packing or fault of freight transportation company, our company find the goods which need main are in physical damage already as soon as we receive them (in this case, customer and freight transportation company make solution themselves ). 6) The outer cover is damaged with scratches and breakage or too old, customer who returns the goods to the factory requiring to exchange the cover to make it new.
5. Over the product warranty repair: 1) We will charge the replacement cost of accessories. 2) Any products which is over the warranty period, our staff will send the maintenance-related bills to customers by Email, confirmed by the client to determine to main or not, after confirmation, customers transfer cost of maintenance to our designated account, after the maintenance fee arrive, we will send the machine which has been repaired. 3) Product which is over the warranty, after confirmed by our technical department that damage is too severe or for other reasons, causing it can not maintained, we will return the original. For the replacement of other models of similar products,customer may make up the price difference replace the new machines
6. Product Maintenance days: Within warranty period, maintenance time is 1-3 working days (peculiar circumstance exception), beyond the warranty or the artificial damage product, it will take a longer maintenance cycle regarding of actual damaged condition
Return and Replacement Rules:
1. We do not accept goods to return as long as they are sold, except the Three situations below: 1) Due to design flaws of product in itself causing users can not use normally, and confirmed by our technical staff. 2) In the warranty period, if the product has been maintained many times, but still show the same problems and unable to be totally settled.
3)We offer a 7-day no-reason return service starting from the date you receive the goods.The product is returned in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all labels intact.
2. Replacement:We accept exchanging the goods as the following situations:

The product has quality defects or is not as described.

You provide clear photos/videos showing the defects, outer packaging, shipping label, and inner products before returning the goods.
- The exchange request is raised within 7 days after you receive the goods.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all labels intact.
3.Custom-made products are not eligible for return or refund.
Regulation of the goods freight :
1. Recommend reliable products to customer to avoid the defect. 2. If the defective happen on the transportation or user problem , we will repair for fee or send some repair parts and customer pay the shipping cost. 3. If it is our product quality defect ( function) , we will send repair parts and take all the cost. or you send back goods to repair or replaced a new one.
4.Over warrenty life, clients will take all cost.
In Generally , For saving both shipping cost, We advise our all clients to ship repaired goods in next orders. 5. Others decide base on different cases
